Snooze Coffee

Snooze Coffee is a cold brew company sourcing the best coffees from the world and delivering them in bottles and on draft. Using innovative brewing techniques and drawing from our experience in the cocktail and coffee industry, Snooze Coffee offers creative, flavorful, and at the forefront of the industry, cold brewed coffee.

Snooze Cold Brew is an espresso replacement, high concentrate cold brew. Espresso traditionally has a total dissolved soluble (TDS) of 9.5%, or 9.5% coffee to 90.5% water. Our concentrated cold brew has a TDS of 6.2%. We offer an easy alternative to espresso that cafes can serve by simply adding milk to create lattes, mochas, etc. We are able to provide shops with the ability to serve coffee without having to buy expensive, hard to train to use properly, espresso machines that are high in labor and cost. With only a refrigerator, tap to pull the concentrated cold brew and a steam wand to prepare the milk, we create an easier to use, more consistent coffee experience.

In addition to high concentrate espresso on tap, Snooze Cold Brew also provides standard cold brew, nitro cold brew, and kegged ready to pour plant based lattes. Pulling from a background in mixology and apothecary, Snooze creates flavorful, delicious lattes that are unique and ready to serve in seconds.
